We want you to absolutely love your product so we offer full refunds on our entire range up to 14 days after you receive your item (if still in original condition). We also offer a 12 month warranty (replace new for old) if there is a manufacture fault.
Stock Availability
While we do out best to stay on top of our stock, we are a small business who shares our warehouse with other businesses and our stock changes quickly. This means that from time to time, an item may become unavailable but not yet marked as out of stock on our website.
If this happens we will do our best to provide alternative options, provide a restock date or refund you as you wish.
Shipping Information
Boxes of Elegance ships its products Australia wide with jewellery boxes sent via courier service. All orders over $150 come with FREE SHIPPING. All orders under $150 incur a $12.90 flat rate cost Australia wide.
All parcels are sent with a tracking number and will arrive to you within 3-15 working days depending on the size of the parcel and your location within Australia. Items are sent from either of our two warehouses, based in Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW.
Unfortunately at this time items delivered by our courier service cannot be sent to PO boxes and we cannot offer a local pick up service.
Returns
We want you to love your product. That’s why we offer refunds on our entire range up to 14 days after you receive your item. We have a hassle free returns policy on all items in our store. If you need to make a return you first need to Contact Us so we can start a returns request for you and give you a reference number.
Once this process has been started, you will receive our returns address and helpful information on the best way to get the parcel back to us at the cheapest possible price. If the item is faulty or damaged we will organise and pay the cost of the return.
To qualify for an exchange or return, your product needs to be returned to us in unused and original condition including the packaging.
If this cannot be done, each case will be judged on a case by case basis on whether a refund can be granted.
